What are the dates for 2024
March 14, Thursday 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
March 15, Friday 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.

How much do tickets cost?
Thursday through Sunday: Adults are $15.00 online (plus a $2.00 service fee) | $20.00 At the box office / Juniors are $8.00 online – $10.00 at the box office (Age 8 thru 12 years), Credit cards are accepted.
Can I preorder tickets?
Tickets are available for any show day at the box office, or online at
kcautoshow.com/buy-tickets
Can you re-enter the show the same day?
Please stop by the information booth for a hand stamp. You can re-enter at the main escalator with the hand stamp and original ticket for that day only.
Is there a discount for manufacturer employees?
Manufacturer Employees (Current & Retired) will be admitted on any day with one complimentary guest into the auto show. Please show your current picture ID card. Retirees can present a union card or health care card that shows GM, Ford or UAW. Please go to the Box Office for a ticket.
Is there a discount for Military, Veteran, Police, Fire, First Responder?
Military, Veteran, Police, Fire, First Responder will be admitted on any day with one complimentary guest into the auto show. Please show your current picture ID card. Please go to the Box Office for a ticket.
Where do I park?
Parking is available near Bartle Hall. Download the Downtown Parking Map.
What is the Auto Show hash tag?
#kcautoshow. Use it and use it often!
Is general paging allowed?
Public address system is not intended for general paging. In the event of an emergency or special circumstances, paging may be allowed.
What happens if I lose my child or member of my party?
We strongly suggest that you designate a meeting place prior to entering the show. The main escalator where you enter is the most common meeting location. Paging will only take place in the case of an emergency.
Are wheelchairs available at the show?
Yes, we have a limited supply of wheel chairs. The are first come, first serve and are at the information booth on the show floor.
Is there a coat check
Not this year.
Are dogs or pets allowed at the Kansas City Auto Show?
Only documented service animals are allowed. No other pets are permitted.
Does the Kansas City Auto Show have a bag policy?
All items and bags are subject to visual inspection by security personnel. When an infant is present, diaper bags and strollers are permitted.
Is photography allowed?
At the Kansas City Auto Show, we encourage personal photography for non-commercial use only, allowing attendees to capture and share their experiences responsibly. While engaging in photography, we ask attendees to respect exhibitors’ property and fellow attendees, maintain safety precautions, and refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior. Social media sharing is encouraged.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, a single stroller is fine, the double strollers may be difficult to get around all the vehicles.
Do you have strollers available?
No, we do not have strollers available this year.
Where is the elevator for wheelchairs and strollers?
The elevator access to the main show floor is BEHIND the ticket sellers. To EXIT use the same elevator & that is behind the Toyota display.
Are ATM’s available?
Yes, there are two available. One is in the main hallway in the entrance to the show. The second one is on the east side of the building on the show floor near the burger food station.
Is there a lost and found?
We will collect or log all misplaced or lost articles at our auto show office during the show. Once the show concludes we turn all items over to Bartle Hall security.
Do you rent exhibitor booth space?

Can I bring in a gun with a concealed carry permit?
No weapons are permitted in the Bartle Hall. All guests will be asked to go through a magnetometer.
My reason for coming to the Kansas City Auto Show was to see all of the brands. Why are some of them not present?
We do not exclude any auto manufacturers that utilize franchised dealers. If an automaker is not present at our show, it is because they have elected not to participate. We urge you to contact them and ask them why they feel they feel they don’t need to participate.
